Refund policy

Full priced item(s) can be returned within 7 days for a full refund or exchange from the date it was delivered. All sale items, including items purchased at a discount during a promotion, are final sale. 

The tag must be intact and attached to the returned item(s). Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on item(s) price if tags are removed.

Refunds will be processed within one week of receipt of returned items. Refunds for orders paid by credit card will appear on the client's next billing statement.

HIGHER + HIGHER STUDIO will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions stated in our returns guidelines. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
